The firm was founded by Arielle Kogut Alexander, who built her career in finance before becoming an entrepreneur. She has a lifelong passion for connecting, mentoring and helping people advance their careers, and she understands the ins and outs of the finance industry.
From her days at Columbia University and throughout her career, Arielle has been cultivating relationships and friendships by carefully listening to each individual's needs and ambitions.
Often, they would be looking to advance their career, for mentorship on switching to a different field, or if they were business owners or in a hiring capacity, to fill their open roles with curated talent.
Arielle would make strategic introductions and help her connections unlock their next transformative career move or find their next top-performing employees.
Having placed these candidates over the years and seeing the impact a thoughtful placement can have on both individuals and firms, Arielle started her own recruitment agency in 2022 to bring a more personal approach to staffing and an elevated experience for talent.

Arielle Kogut Alexander, Founder
Since graduating Columbia University and throughout the following decade working in finance, Arielle has been building relationships with all types of firms - from investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms, hedge funds and long-only firms to institutional LPs, endowments, foundations and family offices based around the world. Consecutively, she has been curating a network of top talent from the finance world and beyond, understanding that candidates from different backgrounds bring a unique candidacy to the table.
Arielle has been leveraging her relationships to thoughtfully and successfully place top-performing talent into transformative roles in finance around the world.

2013 - 2016: Investment Analyst at Maxim Group, an investment bank in New York focused on raising capital for emerging growth companies.

2016 - 2018: Investment Analyst focused on deal sourcing at the hedge fund Hudson Bay Capital ($2B AUM at the time).

2018 - 2021: Vice President product specialist at Epoch Investment Partners, the $30B U.S.-investment arm of TD Bank.
