Celine Recruiting has been years in the making. Arielle Kogut, the Founder of Celine Recruiting, has always had a passion for connecting people. Since her studying days at Columbia University, Ms. Kogut would constantly meet new connections everywhere she went. She nurtured these new friendships by listening and paying attention to each individual's needs and desires. Often times, they would be looking to advance their career, or looking for a mentorship to switch to a different field, and having a strong network of business owners and senior professionals world-wide, Ms. Kogut would make strategic introductions. Many of her connections already had established careers in industries other than finance, such as consulting or fashion, and were able to cross into the financial industry with the help of Ms. Kogut, and many have successfully reached partner status years later. Having naturally placed candidates on her own over the years, she decided it was time to start her own recruitment agency. She excels at understanding the strengths and weaknesses of her clients, but also their motivation and goals, which helps lead to successful placements down the road.

Similarly, with Ms. Kogut's own career, she has seen first-hand the ways in which recruiters can shape the interviewing and placement process - for better, and for worse. Celine Recruiting was created to build a better agency - one that properly takes care of the hiring firm and the jobseekers, through thorough and responsive communication, high-quality, specialized opportunities and a unique network of candidates and employers. We've learned by having been in the seats of both the hirer and the candidate and will strive for excellence in each placement and the process along the way.
